The girls were invited to design a logo for Langelihle Creche. They put a lot of thought into their designs and lots of wonderful entries were received. The logos were shortlisted by the teachers to the top 5. They were:
- Danielle Andrews of Grade 6R
- Tori Coppin of Grade 6A
- Sarah Heron of Grade 6A
- Tarryn Powell of Grade 6R
- Kylie Kuhl of Grade 6A
Danielle's winning logo has the Sun for the meaning of Langelihle, which is Beautiful Sun, and the Flowers to symbolise the happy children.

The logo is Sooooooooooooooooooooo COOL!!!! I really felt that it was very appropriate for the logo. So, Danielle I can just say that the logo is AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!!! It SO deserved to win!!!!

Oh my gosh!!!....I have never seen such creativity dani! well done girl you realy realy deserved to win, and the fact that you did it thinking about the langelihle children and not winning inspires me so much!. When we went there on Wednesday I was soooooooooooooo excited to go, it really touched my heart when I saw all those cute little chidren, and it also made me so happy to see the children smile, and knowing that we made a huge difference in those childrens lives is just so amazing.
